Board of Trustee meetings are conducted monthly a Osage Pleasant View Fire Department. Our Board is organized in accordance with our local bylaws and Oklahoma Title 18. Meeting dates and times are posted outside our building and at the Mayes County Court House Office of the County Clerk in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Records Open Meetings Act. Meeting dates shown on our website are for reference only.
All regularly scheduled meetings are held at 6:30 PM on the following dates subject to change with adequate notice made in accordance with statute:
